Apostle Marrero Johnson was crucial to Universal Word Center. He helped assist in getting locations in Brooklyn, North and South Jersey as well as helped pay the tuition for Pastor Patricia Gair to take the classes. The late Apostle Marrero Johnson began the legacy of personally funding the registration fees for prospective students who needed the financial assistance. He was also very concerned with the personal and spiritual success of these students, and many others. Apostle Marrero also secured the South Orange, NJ location for Universal Word Center. This scholarship has been created in honor of his legacy.
